In 2004, I started this construction company with a dream and a vision to provide residential construction services that are based on the old-fashioned values of integrity, trust and character. HOA Violations
Navigating HOA violations can be a challenge but our experienced team is here to help, resolving compliance issues efficiently and effectively.
Send us any HOA violations and receive estimates within 48 hours. Sooner if pictures are available.
KR Construction LLC will obtain an HOA cure letter for the listing agent for all items we’ve performed. Pictures are often emailed to the HOA and cure letters are sent.

Small Service Repair & Installation
I have a saying that the word handyman is not used with me or my company because often that is a individual who knows a little bit of multiple trades but not professional in any. Well, we are still happy to perform all your small needs. Min charge is a 4 hour minimum but remember, when dealing with true professionals, it may take us 4 hours for what a handyman may need 8 hours. So that rate may look cheaper in the beginning but often it's not because often the work can be done in less time and better quality. We love 1 day jobs so please by all means call us for any needs. Happy to accommodate and build a relationship!
