HICRA – Home Inspection Repair Addendums

We’re dedicated to ensuring that all your listings can get through the most crucial stage – “THE HOME INSPECTION”
Notify us through text or email that you are emailing a Home inspection report with the HICRA attached.
Receive a complete estimate for the HICRA within 24 – 48 hours.
Clients pay nothing in advance on agreed HICRA repairs. We send detailed invoices to the title company and get paid at closing relieving some unnecessary last minute stress on your client.
Pictures of repairs are texted to the listing agent. This aids in a smoother walkthrough as the buyer’s agent then typically receives the pictures. This preps the buyers agent and the buyers with repairs that they’ve already seen via pictures leading to quicker walkthroughs getting you to the settlement table without any issues.

HOA Violations

Navigating HOA violations can be a challenge but our experienced team is here to help, resolving compliance issues efficiently and effectively.
Send us any HOA violations and receive estimates within 48 hours. Sooner if pictures are available.
KR Construction LLC will obtain an HOA cure letter for the listing agent for all items we’ve performed. Pictures are often emailed to the HOA and cure letters are sent.
